Plaza Latina<\/b> It wasn't born on a desk, but from nostalgia for a distant home and a passion for sharing. It all started with Marcelo<\/b>, originally from the vibrant city of Guayaquil, Ecuador<\/b>In the city, Marcelo grew up surrounded by the richness of its cuisine, and his heart missed those authentic flavors in Utah.<\/p>

But great ideas need roots. And he put those roots Karen<\/b>, born and raised in the tranquil landscapes of Utah. She brings a sense of calm and local roots to Marcelo's vision.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

While Marcelo (the city spirit and urban life lover) and Karen (the local calm) come from different worlds, they bonded over universal passions: family, the outdoors, cinema and, above all, \u00a1el buen comer!<\/b><\/p>

In 2025, they decided they no longer wanted to search for a \"little piece of Ecuador\" in Utah; they wanted bring it directly to the community<\/b>Thus, combining Marcelo's energy and city flavor with Karen's local knowledge, Plaza Latina was born.<\/p>
